Oduor is a Member of the Privatization Authority pursuant to Section 10(1)(c) of the Privatization Act, 2025. Hon. Oduor is a Kenyan lawyer who in 2024 became the country's first female Attorney General. She is a member of the Judicial Service body as an official member representing the Executive branch, and the National Council on the Administration of Justice, where she sits to coordinate legal sector reforms. She also serves as the Chairlady of the Governing Council at the National Crime Research Centre. Previously, she served as the Secretary, Public Prosecutions and the Principal Deputy to the Director of Public Prosecutions. A career Prosecution Counsel, she previously served in Public Prosecutions for over 20 years, having begun her career as a State Counsel in 1991. Hon. Oduor holds a master's degree in International Conflict Management and an LL.B Degree from the University of Nairobi.
