Dr. Janerose Omondi
Ag. Managing Director
A strategic management and business leader with a strong finance and internal audit background.
Profile
She is a highly accomplished corporate leader and strategic management expert with over three decades of cross-sector experience spanning banking, auditing, investment, and project management. Prior to her appointment, Dr. Omondi spent over seven years structuring government privatization frameworks and financial due diligence deals as the Authority’s Transactions Manager.
Dr. Bernard Kirui
Director, Transactions Services
An experienced Economist and Certified Public Accountant supporting disciplined transaction preparation and execution.
Profile
Benard holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Nairobi, a Master’s degree in Economics, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Statistics from Kenyatta University.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).
Ms. Irene Kamunge
Corporation Secretary and Director, Legal Services
An astute legal affairs and governance professional supporting statutory compliance and board secretariat functions.
Profile
Irene holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from the University of Nairobi.
She is also an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a Certified Public Secretary.
Ms. Donna Atieno
Director, Corporate Services
An accomplished finance and corporate services leader with a proven track record in development finance, financial management, governance, and trustee services.
Profile
Donna holds a Master of Science in Development Finance degree from Strathmore University, a Master of Business Administration (Finance) degree from Kenya Methodist University and a Bachelor of Business Management (Accounting) degree from Moi University.
She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) registered with ICPAK. She is also a certified Retirement Benefits Trustee.
Mr. Clive Njiru Kinoti

A skilled audit, risk management, and compliance professional with more than fifteen years of experience.
Profile
Clive holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Studies from Kenyatta University and a Master of Commerce in Finance from Strathmore University.
He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and a member of the Institute of Certified Investment and Financial Analysts (CIFA). He has more than fifteen years of experience in auditing, risk management and compliance.
Mr. Sylvester Kamau
Deputy Director, Supply Chain Management
A procurement and logistics professional driving efficient supply chains, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.

Sylvester holds a Master of Science degree in Procurement and Logistics from JKUAT and a CIPS Post-Graduate Professional Diploma in Procurement and Supplies. He also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Public Administration from Moi University.
He is currently pursuing a PhD in Supply Chain Management from JKUAT. He is a registered and licensed member of the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management.

She has a proven track record of designing and executing high-impact communications and brand strategies that strengthen reputation, drive stakeholder confidence, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Veronica holds a Master of Arts in Communication (Corporate Communication) from Daystar University, a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration (Marketing) from the United States International University-Africa (USIU-Africa), and a Diploma in Mass Communication from the Kenya Institute of Mass Communication (KIMC). She is a member of the Public Relations Society of Kenya (PRSK).
